TREKKING

TOUR MONT BLANC LATITUD NOMADA.jpg

On the first day of your trek you are filled with unrealistic perceptions about the ease of your undertaking, yet by the end of that day you may doubt that you even have the ability to complete your adventure. During the second day, those doubts may start grow but you choose to ignore them and don’t let them show until you reach camp, when another member of your team raises their concerns and trepidation. The third day sees you pushed to your absolute limit, but then, on the fourth day, something amazing happens, as your body seems to realise that you are committed to reaching your objective and, although you end that day exhausted, your confidence is boosted because you start to understand just how far you can go both mentally and physically. From that point forward, with your doubts replaced by confidence, the true beauty of your experience reveals itself and fills each step with joy and amazement.

My job as a guide, aside from the directional aspect on the ground, is to assist you in both the mental and physical elements of your journey and experience, maintain cohesion within the group, limit the potential for injury or overexertion, inform and motivate the team, ensure a positive atmosphere and sense of humour and instil confidence in the team members, that they have the ability to enjoy the amazing experience that they have so lovingly committed to. Let me guide you on that trail too.

LATITUD NOMADA TOUR DEL MONTBLANC CIEGOS

MONTBLANC TOUR

I have a deep love affair with the “Tour de Mont Blanc”, I have travelled this route six times and every one of those journeys has been special for different reasons. In my opinion it is the best trek in the world and it is also relatively close to home. Why not join me and see for yourself why this trek is so special, both to me and to so many others who have set out on this amazing journey?

There are more and more treks which connect a number of beautifully located refuges: Carros de Foc. The Three Refuges to name just a few, but the Camille Trail combines the best of all of them and yet is still relatively unknown and less travelled. This route follows in the footsteps of the most famous Pyrenean Bear and connects the Aragonese, Navarrese and of course, the French Pyrenees.

SIERRA NEVADA

Today, perhaps more than ever, to experience a sense of isolation and immersion in nature has become a valuable privilege. Journeying across Spain’s Sierra Nevada offers an exceptional experience of isolation, beauty, self-sufficiency and the highest peaks of the Iberian Peninsula. Without a doubt, this is one of my favourite experiences.

If you like challenges, then this has to be one of the most beautiful and toughest treks that you can find close to home. We can complete it over several planned seasons or just experience the highlights by trekking the most spectacular sections, though it might be difficult to choose them. We will travel the length of the great Pyrenean mountain range, exploring all of its magnificence along the way.

The Alpujarra is one of the least explored regions of the Spanish Peninsula and the lifestyle of those who inhabit its slopes has remained relatively unchanged over the past century. Hardened by this exposed landscape of steep slopes, the people of the Alpujarra are interesting to discover and also to listen to.
